Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns for all US-based orders within 30 days of when the order is shipped, and free exchanges within 60 days. Please note that shoes must be unworn. To process a return or exchange, please go to amberjack.shop/returns (if you need help, please email help@amberjack.shop).

Size Guide

Amberjack runs true to size for most customers. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down. So for example, if you typically wear sizes 10.5 and 11, we'd recommend going with a size 10.5. If you have a wider foot, we'd recommend choosing a wide-sized option or if that's not available, going with a half size up....Still unsure? Email us at help@amberjack.shop

What makes your shoes different?

We have proprietary comfort technology, which we created working with the same supplier that developed Adidas Boost. Our leather is 100% full-grain American steer and we exclusively use A-grade quality, which is a grade of leather typically used for luxury cars and higher than what’s used in footwear. We are able to offer such a high quality product at such a low price because we partner directly with our suppliers and have a vertical supply chain, unlike almost any other footwear brand which use contract manufacturers.

 

Where are your shoes made?

Our shoes are made in the north of Portugal in the Felgueiras region; an area famous for shoe making. We work with a small, high-quality factory which makes shoes normally sold at 2-3x the price of Amberjack.

 

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer free returns for all US-based orders within 30 days of when the order is shipped and free exchanges within 60 days. Please note, shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.

 

Do you offer a warranty?

Amberjack is glad to offer a 2-year product warranty. Any manufacturing issues are 100% covered and we will replace or repair the shoes free of charge if there are any defects or failures (e.g. torn laces, insole, lining tear).

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship anywhere in the world. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any import or customs duties unless otherwise noted. We also offer exchanges and returns for international orders, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

 

How do I care for my shoes?

Use a tree horn to preserve shape and apply leather conditioner for dull or wrinkled leather. Test on a small, discrete area to ensure there’s no blemishing.
