The Cap-Toe

The shoe is super comfortable after I changed the ortho insert. They were to tight initially. Other than that small issue, I love the look and feel of them.

The shoes are great - fit right, very comfortable, very attractive.

I purchased a few other brands that promised to marry the quality and durability that I was looking for by these shoes are the first to deliver.

There is no better word for Amberjack. Their product is outstanding (I purchased the slate suede cap toe and black suede shoes, both pairing well with virtually everything in my closet. The fit and comfort? Also outstanding. I’ve had dress shoes that I’ve paid more for that weren’t as functional as these, which is disappointing—I need particularly supportive shoes for my pronated ankles. The comfort and support I get from these shoes means I’ll keep coming back for more dress shoes, loafers, and boots as my needs arise.

Perhaps most importantly, the customer service. OUTSTANDING. My first pair was the slate suede cap toes that I wore exclusively to my office job. After about a month, part of the stitching developed a tear that rapidly spread. I informed Amberjack of the problem, providing pictures and my order number and they immediately sent me a new pair, no additional charge, no return of the defect pair, and no unreasonable questions asked. The new pair have been performing superbly and even if you want to discount the incredible product, this experience alone would have me coming back.

When I went on another dress shoe shopping journey, I feared the worst. Another gimmick. Another hype train just to buy the brand. But Amberjack totally changed my views on the brand entirely. I come from Cole haans which truthfully hold comfort for value. However, I noticed with their brand and many other dress shoe brands, they caused crowding of the toes which caused pain in the long run (2 hours+ of wearing). Amberjack is the first brand that I EVER felt where there is absolutely no crowding in the toe area, making it a comfortable shoe for the long 10 hour days on your feet. I run between sizes 10.5 and 11 and 10.5 was the ideal fit for me. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who will be doing long hours on their feet and will need a shoe that supports them for those extended hours whether that be on a sunny day or a rainy one. The grip on the bottom is surprisingly supportive too with the anti slip technology. Will definitely be adding more to the collection in the near future!
