These are the most comfortable dress shoes in wide that I’ve ever worn. Never heard of this shoe brand before but their statement about being the most comfortable shoe is indeed true.

Shoes are great, have multiple pairs. Very comfortable. But, customer service has some issues. Not sure why they bother having an email or chat/text function, because no one EVER responds. When you call, it is answered immediately and they are very friendly and helpful (so this is the only way to go if you need help), but on multiple attempts with chat/email/text, I have yet to ever receive a reply.

Quality Shoes for Wide Feet

I am writing this on behalf of my husband who has just purchased his 2nd pair of Amberjack shoes. Since he has a wide foot, it is very difficult to find shoes, let alone a dress shoe he can wear all day for work. On top of that, he has been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for the last year and has been able to purchase an insole for his condition and has made these shoes work for him. He does have to cycle out his work shoes every 4-6 months due to the duration on his feet but every other shoe has fallen apart either at the stitching or soles. The Amberjack shoes do hold up very well, especially for someone who is hard on their shoes. He is a size 10.5 and run true to size. Overall, they have been a WIN!
