Yes, we have free returns and exchanges for orders within the contiguous US.

Outside of Black Friday, we don't run sales. This helps ensure that all customers get the same low price year round.

For any defects, issues, or damage within the first 2 years of purchase, we will send you a replacement pair at no cost.

Prefessional shoes you can wear all day

I have to wear semi-dressy clothes every day for work but spend well over half my time standing or walking. I've worn down the soles on half a dozen dress shoes and regularly have foot and lower back pain from the lack of support. Not so with Amberjack! These things look just as proffesional as my old dress shoes but offer fantastic support and allow me to stand with proper posture so that my back isn't hurting by the end of the day. The leather is thick and high quality so there is a little bit of stiffness in the break in period, but it didn't take long at all. I highly recommend these shoes.

Game changer for musicians

I’m a professional violinist, and formal shoes are part of my daily uniform. Over the years I’ve worn countless pairs, many of which couldn’t keep up with the reality of my job. I’m not always in concert halls; sometimes I’m hiking up hills with sound equipment, navigating outdoor wedding venues, or on my feet for hours at rehearsals and performances. As I’ve gotten older, my knees and feet have definitely felt the impact.

Amberjack shoes have been a total game changer. They’re genuinely the first dress shoes that feel like walking on clouds. The support in the sole is incredible, solid, cushioned, and clearly built for more than just strolling through an air-conditioned lobby. For the first time in years, I can get through a long gig day without aching feet.

I ended up buying four pairs, three in black and one in chestnut, and they’ve all been worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Look nice. Not as comfortable as expected.

For $200, I was expecting the mouth of the shoe to be more comfortable and more support at the heel. I typically buy Johnston and Murphys and decided to try these to compare and they are nicer than a $150 pair of J&Ms but not as comfortable as a comparable $200 pair.

Most comfortable dress-shoe, ever

These shoes are pretty incredible. Because of my profession and lifestyle, I’ve been wearing dress-shoes since I was a teenager. While they’ve been a necessity, I generally hate them. This is the first time I’ve ever had shoes that feel comfortable, and that I actually want to wear all day long. My normal routine is to get home and immediately put on sandals, slippers, or go barefoot. Shortly after getting these I’ve noticed that routine has shifted, as my feet feel better in them.

Also, a quick note. I hate the feel of them when I first put them on. They feel tight and restrictive. After no more than a minute of wearing them, something magically happens and my feet feel great, and my body feels supported.
