Great service and hight quality product

I originally received a pair of Chelsea shoes that were too narrow for my foot. I reached out to customer service, and they recommended that I try the wide version. I received easy instructions to return the original pair via FedEx. The moment the order went through for the return, I receive notification that my next pair of shoes were in process to be shipped. They arrived in a timely fashion. They fit perfectly. They are very comfortable. I could not be more impressed with the service I received and the quality of the shoe.

Timeless

First pair of chelsea style boots. They're comfy right out of the box, but I also expect them to stretch a little bit. They're a bit narrow in the toe box, but again, I think they'll stretch and form to my foot after wearing them a few more times. I especially like the stitching of the leather panels that give them a refined and sleek look compared to 'one piece' leather chelsea boots.

Good to go right out of the box

My first pair of Chelsea boots and I am very pleased with the fit and looks. The fit was true to size and the same as my amberjack shoes. It would be nice to have a pull tab on the rear of the boot as it can be a bit of a struggle getting them on and off. Hopefully as I wear them more it will be less of an issue.
