I ordered a pair of The Original in honey for a job I was starting in a couple of weeks. They arrived promptly and well packaged, but one of the shoes had some significant scuff marks. I emailed customer service and they rush delivered a new pair to me in time and were courteous and helpful every step of the way. With such a great product and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for dress shoes again.

Growing on me

My experience started very negatively, but my opinion is improving. The shoes were shipped in a bag, not a box. This was concerning to me and made them seem cheap. I was afraid they would have been damaged in shipment, but I found no issues. They were a little small for my normal size 11, but I decided to give them a shot instead of exchanging since the packaging seemed so shoddy and I was afraid to try again. I have worn them all day on two occasions now and they have been very comfortable. They aren't tennis shoe comfortable, but extremely comfortable for a dress shoe. Assuming they hold up, I will be very pleased with the purchase.
