These are all purely cosmetic and typical of what you’d see after a few wears. Every pair is still built to last—and feel great doing it.

Can I return or exchange my Warehouse Sale purchase?

No. All Warehouse Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions before purchasing, our support team is happy to help.

Is the 2-Year-Warranty still valid?

Yes! All Warehouse Sale products are covered by our standard 2-Year Warranty for functional defects (think stitching failures, sole separation, etc.). Cosmetic flaws are not covered.

How long does standard shipping take?

Typically 2-5 business days for US orders.

Was Concerned...move over Allen Edmonds-sorta

I absolutely adore the Amberjacks! They are, by far, the most comfortable dress shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve gone through two dozen dress shoes, ranging from CH to AE’s, while working in a hotel where I spend over 12 hours on my feet and take 18,000 steps a day. Amberjacks have truly revolutionized my shoe experience. I must admit, I was initially skeptical, but now I’m a huge fan! My only wish is that they could be cobbled or resoled. While they’re less expensive ($200), it’s still a significant investment to replace them every 18 months since I burn through them so quickly. However, that doesn’t detract from my overall experience enough to give them less than 5 stars!

Nice shoe, but small.

The shoe size is correct, even went wide. But my foot feels like it barely fits into the shoe. Very cramped. I have larger feet, but usually I'm a bit more comfortable. I assume it's because of the soles.

Improvement

I bought these shoes for my husband going strictly off a review online by someone who had compared dress shoes. My husband said these are so much more comfortable than his most recent dress shoes and such a welcome improvement. They were also true to size.

Beautiful and comfortable

Really classy and yet very comfortable. I can wear very few brands of shoe due to flat feet, but these were great from the get go.
