These are all purely cosmetic and typical of what you’d see after a few wears. Every pair is still built to last—and feel great doing it.

Can I return or exchange my Warehouse Sale purchase?

No. All Warehouse Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions before purchasing, our support team is happy to help.

Is the 2-Year-Warranty still valid?

Yes! All Warehouse Sale products are covered by our standard 2-Year Warranty for functional defects (think stitching failures, sole separation, etc.). Cosmetic flaws are not covered.

How long does standard shipping take?

Typically 2-5 business days for US orders.

I purchased 2 pairs of Amberjack Original Classic in Chestnut separately. The first pair was for my son (size 13D)but the style sent was not the classic (without the heel tab) which he wanted and was ordered. Also the size 13 fit as 14. Not a problem (free returns if needed) because my husband’s size is 14. He tried them on and loved them! So comfortable from first use- minimal break-in necessary! I reordered the Classic in size 12 this time for my son and second time the charm. Perfect fit, style and comfort!

Amazing shoe, even better customer service

I ordered a pair of The Original in honey for a job I was starting in a couple of weeks. They arrived promptly and well packaged, but one of the shoes had some significant scuff marks. I emailed customer service and they rush delivered a new pair to me in time and were courteous and helpful every step of the way. With such a great product and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for dress shoes again.
