Amberjack makes a fantastic shoe, especially for flight crew. They’re comfortable for long days on our feet and they don’t set off the metal detectors, which is a huge bonus.

Their customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with my slip-ons coming unstitched because my foot is a little too wide. They replaced the pair immediately with a wider version of their lace-ups. I just really hope they release a wide option for the slip-ons too, in the very near future.

Other than that, and me missing my slip on’s great company, great shoes, and even better service.

I received them, but haven’t had a thorough chance to experience the comfort and quality yet. I spent a couple hours wearing them in my house only and the jury is still out.

FINALLY in WIDE!!

Amazingly comfortable shoe… and FINALLY available in wide size. If you have wide feet these shoes are a must have. I wear these for travel and they are amazing. A huge miss for Amberjack to not have wide sizes for the slip-ons also, would totally buy them in multiple styles as the classics are too formal for every day use (especially for travel) but they are so comfortable I do wind up wearing them more than often. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come out with wide sizes in the slip-ons!

Honestly in shock

The shoe is perfect. Dress up or dress down. No lies in anything they are saying about their shoe. The customer service working with me up TWO YEARS after to meet my needs - THATS mind blowing. They captured my business but then honestly worked to keep it. I won’t buy dress shoes anywhere else. Perfect product and the customer service we all desire to back it up.
