Customer service is exceptional. I purchased the shoes without thinking about that I need to fit my orthotics in them, and tried them for a week, they were a little snug. Contacted customer service, and even after wearing them for a week, they accepted the return and sent me a pair that fit me better. Wow. This is the kind of company I will come back to. Quality long lasting products, excellent service. It's like the good old days!

Had the shoe a couple of weeks. So far so good. Advertise the “most comfortable dress shoe on the market”. I wear a different brand at a lower price point that is more comfortable. Overall good shoe, not sure I will purchase another pair because of comfort/price point.
