I really love these boots well made comfortable. There is some breaking in period but once that is done, the boots are excellent. It reminds me of my days in the military. Those were my everyday shoes, and I always enjoyed wearing them.

Perfect. A great fit and true to size (12.5) is a 12.5! No break-in period. The boots are plush and feel great. They are perfect for a dress casual in the office or night time with jeans. I really like these boots and will be looking at a shoe for spring / summer wear.

Very stylish and comfortable out the box.

Really loving my new Obsidian boots! The fit was spot on and they totally meet every promise as advertised. Beautiful leather that is expertly crafted. I use custom orthotics and Amberjack's use of a thicker insert by design means my orthotics fit perfectly so I didn't need to go up a half-size. Oh the joy!! The first pair I ordered was shipped but then was lost by USPS; however, the protected shipping covered a replacement pair sent by express delivery, and Amberjack support staff were super fast in email response and providing a solution.

I could write paragraphs but the bottom line is that these boots are everything I was hoping they would be and more! I bought them for travel in Canada to wear with a suit in the snow. I expected to abuse them and move on but I fell in love right away. So much that I gave them some love on the way home.

Interestingly enough, I took a chance on this brand & purchased these boots to hope they feel comfotable…& they clearly delivered. As I work as a valet & have to wear all black as part of uniform, I not only stand apart from my teammates but I look professional & confident in my everyday work life. I can wear these boots all day without any kind of discomfort & for my job I also work on my feet for more than eight hours at a time. Best purchase for my feet to look professional & am still able to run & hustle for cars.

I Ordered THE BOOT in cobalt, nubuck, about 3 weeks ago and have been wearing them everyday since, after one day of walking about town the Boots just melded too my feet and are so comfortable,the built quality is excellent so far, the sheepskin lined interior is very nice,and looking forward to getting another pair.

Amberjack produces a great boot. The materials and craftsmanship is excellent. There is a real value proposition that is hard to find in products today.

I had to return a few to get my correct size. I think they run 1/2 size small. Easy return and reorder process.

There are some scratches on the upper part of the boots. I know it may buff out, but it is nice shoes that look brand new. I think one flaw with not having stores is you may get boots that have been returned once or twice before.

I look forward to breaking them in.

First off very attractive boot, have worn them out 3 times and have been complemented on them twice. For the most part comfortable out of the box, definitely very comfortable after second use. They will be my go to summer boot. Look great with jeans and chino's. 5 Stars for Amberjack.

Great and comfortable loosen the lasses they get even more comfortable am on my feet all day and don't feel the harsh feeling of the cement floor.

This shoe (boot) is the first but not the last shoe I'll ever purchase from Amberjack. They are everything the commercial(s) say they are. The olive color is all about class-not too dark and not too green. The fit is like it was built around MY foot. Perfect!!

Comfort oh very comfortable! I am an international pilot and do long haul flights. I did not break my shoes in before my trip, that said out of the box they were super comfortable. The downside is the show every mark on them from the rudder pedals etc and scuff easily. This is why I gave My rating

Bought the black Nubuck variant and love the look and the fit. One complaint I have is that even after several wearings, it remains difficult to get into or out of. I hope it is just a matter of break-in to where the laces can more easily open the arch section of the boot. I'll move from four to five stars when it's easier to open the shoe to put it on/take it off.

Only worn these boots for a few days but they are quickly becoming my go to boots over some S. Kidman Chelsea boots I purchased recently. Still will be wearing the Kidmans but the Amberjacks are so comfortable. Great craftsmanship too. May purchase other footwear from Amberjack - depends on my requirements - but they are in my good books:-)

I haven't worn them a lot so far but the fit is perfect and the comfort is more than any other shoe I have recently bought. Truly if you keep making this quality of shoe you should be very successful. It wont be my last pair of shoes I buy from you.

These boots are beautiful and fit very well. The downside is that "unlacing" the boot to insert the foot, or to remove the foot is fraught with friction. Unlike many boots, where it's relatively easy to open them up after they're untied, the lace line in these boots seems very tight. I've worn them eight times and hope this improves.
