This boot ,The Chelsea is the best looking boot I have ever purchased and so more importantly the most comfortable .Getting another pair in black when its back in stock.

Good boot, the fit is true to size and offers comfort. This is a great Summer boot.

I ordered a smaller size and it was uncomfortable. I contacted Amberjack and with in a week I had a new pair with the correct size. The new ones are very comfortable and look good. I will be buying more from them

Had my eye on these for a while (like a year) before pulling the trigger. I found initially they fit too tight at my normal size, half size up fit better but looked a little long on my foot. They offer some wide sizes in certain colors and I gave that a shot. Third time was the charm and they fit perfectly! Props to support for being so cool and letting me do multiple exchanges with no fuss at all. That all said - after a few weeks or so of normal/light wear, one boot developed a wrinkled section in the stretch seam (about an inch long) for some reason. Not a big deal but they were pretty unworn so I messaged support about it and they are sending out a replacement pair!

The boots are super comfortable and have a versatile style that works with a variety of clothing. They are classic in form, but the design is more modern at the same time. I normally wear an orthotic insole and I haven't felt the need to swap these. TLDR, pull the trigger.

I bought a pair of these thinking they’d be my “look nice, walk a little” shoes. Plot twist: they accidentally became my “let’s hike Cinque Terre because why not?” boots.

What started as a casual stroll turned into an impromptu adventure over rocky paths, steep hills, uneven stone steps, and the kind of terrain that normally makes you question your life choices. Meanwhile, my feet were out here living their best life. No blisters, no soreness, no dramatic speeches about needing to sit down immediately. Just all-day comfort and shockingly solid grip for a boot that looks this polished.

My only gripe? I’d love to see more wide sizes across *all* the color options. My feet want variety too.

Overall: stylish enough for dinner, comfortable enough for accidental hiking. 10/10 would unintentionally trek again.

I have bad feet fron years running so i needed a pair of good dress shoes for work. Most dress shoes leave me in pain after wearing them a few hours. I heard ablut amberjack and decided to try them. They are extremely comfortable and i am not in pain at all wearing them. I love my new shoes and plan to get another pair next month.

I have following Amberjack for as far back as I can remember. Many years of watching the company grow and wondering to myself how their footwear would feel on me. I have Plantar Fasciitis and some lower back issues that have haunted me for about 15 plus years, so wearing normal shoes like this were very uncomfortable even for short periods of time. I finally decided to pull the trigger after years of contemplation on a pair of their Chelsea’s. I brought them with me to a business convention in Nashville and wore them for at least 12-16 hours and never had an ounce of pain in my feet or back. It was like wearing my Hoka’s. Amazing is all I have to say. Not mention the compliments I got on the shoes. I will be buying more styles from Amberjack. Thank you for your amazing innovation.

Great looking and stylish. It took some work to get a decent shine but good leather does take time and it’s worth it. They are kind of hard to put on so straps or include a shoe horn would increase score.

It’s a good pair of shoes. Love the fact that there’s no metal in them so I’m never having to take them off when I get the random at TSA. Tight fit for the first two days until the leather forms to your foot. They also look good and are comfortable. The biggest issue I have is that mine are only 7months old at this point and the inside of the shoe is already falling apart specifically the heel padding. I attempted to start the process of getting them exchanged by speaking to the chat bot they have on their website. I submitted my problem and the response that I got was they would reach out in a few hours. Haven’t heard from them since.

Overall it’s a good shoe but for 200 dollars I’d expect the inside heel padding to not fall apart after 6 months of use.

Easy on, all day comfort, looks great, fits great. Glad I made the investment!

Amberjack the company itself is great. They have a very easy return policy for shoes and boots that don’t fit, and you can also message their customer service for advice on boot fit. They also accommodated me by sending me a free cleaning kit during the promotion even though i made two separate orders.

That the being said, the Chelsea boot themselves are alright. I originally grabbed the 8.5 since that’s my foot size when measured with the device, but the pinching on top of my foot was unbearable, so i sent those in and tried the 9s.

The 9s fit a tad better, but it definitely depends on the socks. With regular socks and my orthotics, my feet slide around a tad bit BUT there’s a very minor pinch on top of my foot. Going bigger would make my feet slide around even more, so i probably should have sized up and gone wider. Wearing one-stage up solves the foot space problem but the pinching persists. The pinching does get better the more i wear the boot, though, so im hoping the pinching will go away eventually when theyre fully broken in.

That being said, walking with these boots on concrete is still a bit painful on my feet and knees. It’s not as bad as the allen edmund dress shoes i had, but it’s definitely noticeable. Before these, i wore a size 9 ar 670-1 pair of Oakley combat boots and they are the most comfortable boots ive ever worn. I can run on concrete and not feel a thing due to the superior cushioning and stability they provide. This is a chelsea boot, which sacrifices comfort for looks. It looks extremely professional, but i would have loved for it to be just as comfortable as the oakleys. One can dream, though

I’ve tried Thursday Boot Company wasn’t happy with the fit or most important comfort, I’ve tried bluntstone good but needed to bit more dressy. Amberjack you’ve hit all those requirements and more. I’m looking forward to purchasing the obsidian in size 9 here soon.

Just back from a week in London. Purchased two pair of Amberjack Chelsea boots just before leaving (obsidian and chestnut). Could not decide on what color I wanted and when I saw them I ended up keeping both. Put quite a few miles on each pair while walking through city sidewalks and cobble stone streets and they lived up to the hype! very comfortable, stylish, and durable. Great look for a nice night out or casual day of sight seeing in the city. Never worried about a little London rain shower. The fit was true to size (typically wear a 12 and ordered 12). Easy to get on, though a pull loop on the heal would be a nice future add. No foot pain or heat spots. Did notice the toe area was a bit snug when worn with thick socks, but fine with standard thickness socks. Very happy with my purchase. These will be my go to boots for work and nights out during the New England fall and winter. Thanks for making a quality product at a reasonable price point.

These Chelsea boots are my fourth pair of Amberjacks and I do love them! Honestly, the Chelsea boots are my favorite right now! They run fairly true to size and after a day of wearing them, they are so so comfortable! I am a physical therapist, by background and actually made orthotics for plantar fasciitis and other issues of the foot for patients. These are the most comfortable dress shoe that I have ever put on my feet, thank you so much AmberJack for the comfortable shoe!

The pair of slip on boots was beautiful and fit like a glove (for my feet)! I receive compliments every time I wear them. So, naturally, I bought another pair in black! Amberjack is my go to source for quality and great priced shoes!!

My Brannock size is a 9.5 D. I ordered the 9.5 as instructed. It was a real STRUGGLE but after removing the insoles and switching to the thinnest socks I own, I finally got them on. And they are really comfortable. I’ll wear them around the house the rest of the day and hope they become easier to put on.

I agree with an earlier poster that they need to have pull tabs to help putting them on. I would have rated 5 out of 5 if they had been easier to put on.
