Beautiful shoes, slight problem

I got the slip ons. They’re good, except for one problem: the sides are a shade too high for my feet and hit the outsides of my ankles. I’ve tried to correct that by raising the heels inside. It works but it’s a bit uncomfortable.

Like the color and style but left foot is to tight

Ordered the original in chestnut color last May have worn them and the feel is great very comfortable. Wanted a pair of slip on so that was the purpose of the most recent order. I will need to send back what will i need to do so i can return?
