Can I return or exchange my Warehouse Sale purchase?

No. All Warehouse Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions before purchasing, our support team is happy to help.

Is the 2-Year-Warranty still valid?

Yes! All Warehouse Sale products are covered by our standard 2-Year Warranty for functional defects (think stitching failures, sole separation, etc.). Cosmetic flaws are not covered.

Beautiful looking shoe. Size was true. The inserts they provided was a tad too high. I sent message to Amberjack company. They offered to pay so much for me to buy another insert that was lower. I declined the offer as I felt they were an excellent company to offer this. It showed that they are a great company. I bought flatter gel inserts by Schols. The shoes are so comfortable now. Plus the honey toe cap shoes look really nice.

I wish they all came in wide

I purchased a pair of the Cap Toe (honey) in wide; they fit great right out of the box. I also purchased two pairs of The Original Classic, one in black and one in chestnut. I wish those also came in wide sizes. They fit well enough, but the upper will take some breaking in before they are as comfortable as the wide size Cap Toe. Overall, very well-made shoes.

Good pair of shoes

I have not worn these shoes outside but have tried them on and walked around the house in them. My first impressions are: it is a quality build; feels comfortable to walk in (still have to break them in), very thoughtful construction and materials used; really great design;felt comfortable on my foot. This is very comparable and better than my "name brand" shoes. I would definitely recommend them.

Love my new Amberjack shoes

Most expensive shoes I ever purchased and WORTH IT! Well constructed, insert is comfy but not heavily padded like Sketchers for example. Good arch support and toes
have room to roam. Leather is very nice quality. Got black and brown with beige trim at the sole. Very satisfied so far.
