The shoes are incredible and the company is great to deal with. I ordered two pair of shoes, same color but different styles, because I was unsure about fit. Both pair fit so well I would have kept both were they not the same color. Returning the pair I didn’t keep was a breeze and my account was credited rapidly. I also got a belt but got the wrong size. Customer service was quick to answer my question and we’ve got an exchange underway as this being typed. All of that is backed up by the fact that these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in years. They are extremely versatile and are noticeably well-made. Great job, Amberjack! I’m glad I found you and will be back soon for my second pair.

This is my second pair and I love them.

I was hesitant on purchasing, but after reading reviews I pulled the trigger. I screwed up and ordered size 7 when I wear size 12. The day I received the size 7, I wrote an email because of the mistake. They answered my email in 3 minutes, sent me a return authorization and I dropped off the shoes at UPS office that afternoon. Replacement shoes were shipped the next day!

I tried size 14, 14W, and 15 and had the same issue with all sizes. Toe box height was not tall enough in any size. At first, I thought the regular 14 was the winner. I committed and wore them out, about two hours into the work day, I realized it was a mistake. Once my feet swelled a little, claustrophobia set in. I’ll probably take them down to Salvation Army in the next few weeks. Anyone need a size 14? The return process, super easy. Thanks for that!
