The boots are a Christmas gift. They look very nice and look like good quality. The customer service is above and beyond. I reached out as these are a Christmas gift and I was worried about an exchange if the fit isn’t correct. I immediately received an email giving me the go ahead to purchase Christmas gift now and an exchange would be honored for 60 days.

Great boots right out of the box

This is my third pair of Amberjacks and all of them have been a winner. I got the boots this time and I couldn't be happier with them. I have wide feet and I followed their recommendation and ordered a half size bigger and they fit perfectly. I took them straight out of the box and wore them on a business trip and was in total comfort the whole time. Amberjack shoes are great shoes top to bottom. I really have no complaints. I'm already looking forward to my next pair.

Most comfortable pair I own

No kidding, these are my most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I have van's with superfeet insoles along with On's cloudrock trek and my pair of boots from Amberjack are by far the best when it comes to comfortability and fashion. The sizing does run slightly bigger, but not to the point where it is inaccurate. I did put on aftermarket insoles into my boot's but at the end of an 12 hour work day my feet are in no pain. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase and looking to get my next pair soon
