Is the 2-Year-Warranty still valid?

Yes! All Warehouse Sale products are covered by our standard 2-Year Warranty for functional defects (think stitching failures, sole separation, etc.). Cosmetic flaws are not covered.

Are these shoes new or worn?

It’s a mix. Some are brand new but slightly imperfect from shipping or manufacturing. Others are gently worn returns that meet our standards for resale. All pairs are inspected, cleaned, and approved before going out the door.

What kind of imperfections should I expect?

Defects may include things like:
• Creases in the leather
• Small scuffs or marks
• Slight discoloration
• Minor inconsistencies in finish

These are all purely cosmetic and typical of what you’d see after a few wears. Every pair is still built to last—and feel great doing it.

How long does standard shipping take?

These are the best. After trying these chelsea boots, I am not going to purchase from another brand ever. Please don't go anywhere AmberJack. I would be doomed lol 😆 The product runs "true to size". It is however slightly wide, but nothing disturbing what so ever. I just have to wear special kind of socks that have a blend of the materials that come from dress socks and regular crew socks and I quickly found some. This is not worth giving it anything less than 5 stars though. They feel like tennis shoes and I didn't get compliments but certainly got eyes on my chelsea boots. Its like if you want to ask me what these are and where I got them from, then just ask lol 😆 I'll be more than glad to be an in person word of mouth customer. I am still going to purchase 4 more different colors. I have the steel nubuck ones and recently received my midnight italian suedes. I love them both.

Awesome Chelsea Boots

I purchased the Chelsea Steel Nubuck and Chestnut/Black Leather boots and absolutely love them. I wear a 9 1/2 or 10 depending on the shoe brand. The 9 1/2 fit perfectly in length. I do have a high instep, so needed to stretch the Chestnut leather boots a little. The Nubuck fit perfect all around right out of the box. They are very comfortable, so well made and I love the style. Highly recommend!!!
Also, the customer service has been great, they have helped me find the right size and style for my needs. The only problem I ran into is with the shipping warehouse, plan on adding 1-2 days before they ship. Thanks Amberjack for a great boot, I hope we can see you in more mainstream stores soon.
