As we were packing for a wedding, my husband realized that his "dress shoes" were not as comfortable since breaking 2 toes earlier this year. I searched for "most comfortable dress shoes" and Amberjack kept showing up, so I had them shipped to our destination. My husband didn't have time to break them in and states the toe box was roomy enough and they were very comfortable the entire night of the wedding. We would have given 5 stars, but since the soles are rubber and not leather, they were difficult to dance in since they tended to grip rather than glide.

Shoes are good to walk around in the city.
Fit overall is good but even after wearing them for almost everyday for about a month, the top of my feet still feel pain near where the laces meet the tongue. One of the shoes got better after about 3 weeks but the other foot still has that pain which is annoying. If that goes away eventually, this shoe would be a great shoe.
After a couple of months of heavy/daily use, I wanted to provide an update on how they’ve broken in. They are absolutely the most comfortable dress shoes I have. The leather holds up well without being too stiff. My only complaint is the pull tab on the back of the shoe. If you don’t have overly long pants (i.e. a normal break) or wide pants legs, then the back of your pants will catch on the tab and it’s not the best look. Small detail, but annoying.
I haven't worn dress shoes in 10+ years because I always found them so uncomfortable. I recently went shopping locally for shoes, hoping that things have gotten better. I tried on numerous brands and was disappointed to find that nothing had improved -- every single pair was very uncomfortable. I came home and googled "most comfortable dress shoes" and discovered these Amberjack shoes. I have worn them twice so far and they really are comfortable! I highly recommend them.
No matter how nit-picky I want to be , I just can't find any, and I mean any flaw in these shoes. I suffer from planter facitious and I have went thur hundreds of dollars of shoes, boots, and inserts for my pain. To stress this , I am an Orthodox Christian going to an Orthodox church. Out of a 2 and a half hour Liturgy we stand thur the whole service. My new Amberjak shoes were excellent and I was pain free the whole service and afterwards. I will be purchasing another pair soon. Amberjack is the solution to comfortable footware.
