I dint like them they are uncomfortable

I don't normally wear shoes except at work. Which work requires me to wear an all black formal shoe. When I first got my amberjack shoes I wanted to try them on while I was running errands. They had more comfort than I expected. I also liked that they where non slip and I could tell walking around the store I was at. When I put them on I tested where my toes where and if I could spread my toes out. All seemed good. After a while my feet did hurt a bit which I was worried that I got the wrong size. I ended up removing the yellow insole from the shoe which solved the issue I was having. I now find myself wearing these shoes more often than not. Even when I'm not at work. I will be buying these shoes again possibly in a size up to see if I can wear with the yellow insole or if its just a foot preference. I have in the my time not found a shoe of any type that I have wanted to wear like these.

before these I wore RedWings KingToe Oxford and was dismayed when they discontinued the oxford style. Since then I started working in an office andno longer need such a Robust Boot to wear allday, and wore a pair of Dockers shoes for the last year. I visited a local shoe store recently and tried many pairs of dress shoes but was dissappointed with all of them for various reasons. Very Skeptical of buying shoes I was not able to try on. These shoes are very good, very soft smooth high quality visually appealing leather(commented from a native Venetian), they wear nice and I think they'll be good for awhile (years). I give 4 stars because visually I don't like the vent holes near the base of the tongue, and sometimes I think the shoes are ugly (especially if they're anything but black/black/black) but I go back n forth on that.

I'm very much against the modern notification systems, I intensely disliked the immediate text messages, emails, and headaches that started immediately after purchase. Also, the shipping took almost two weeks, I guess they're shipping factory direct from Portugal. This survey email is hopefully the last one I'll get from my purchase... haha. But at the end of the day the shoes are good.
