Good quality shoe. Purchased 2 on clearance sale. Easy to purchase and fast shipping. Good purchase communication from seller.

Upon receipt wrong style was picked and shipped. Customer service was very responsive - immediately sent free return shipping label and processed exchange expedited shipping.

I do question the retail price of $195. Would attract more buyers at under $150 price point.

Suggest company consider bringing manufacturing onshore United States to use US workers and realize $0 tariff benefits.

I think the fancy shoe box and enclosed cloth bag is unnecessary added expense. Better to cheaper options to reduce shoe cost.

Final issue is their telephone support has no phone wait queue. Shouldn’t roll over to voice mail during business hours.

After battling plantar fascitis for 4 years and having physical therapy, going to a podiatrist, and other alternative treatments, nothing was relieving the daily pain I lived with. I had researched so much about shoes that I was convinced nothing would would but ugly orthopedic shoes. Being a 52 year professional working in the public, that was a frustrating thought. But then I came across Amberjack and I thought I would give it a try. And the shoes were like heaven on my feet. I had little to no pain even after wearing the shoes all day long. And they looked great. I followed that up by purchasing 3 more pair of shoes, these are now the only shoes I wear every day. I've had a couple of friends purchase as well and they say the same thing, this are the best shoes ever.

My hud and has very bad feet. He has been looking for dress shoes for a long time. I read your shoes were very comfortable and he is thrilled with my purchase.

I absolutely adore the Amberjacks! They are, by far, the most comfortable dress shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve gone through two dozen dress shoes, ranging from CH to AE’s, while working in a hotel where I spend over 12 hours on my feet and take 18,000 steps a day. Amberjacks have truly revolutionized my shoe experience. I must admit, I was initially skeptical, but now I’m a huge fan! My only wish is that they could be cobbled or resoled. While they’re less expensive ($200), it’s still a significant investment to replace them every 18 months since I burn through them so quickly. However, that doesn’t detract from my overall experience enough to give them less than 5 stars!
