These shoes are very comfortable! They are pretty much just as advertised. What impressed me most was the customer service. I had initially gotten half a size too small, but the rep was quick in responding, gave me assurance, and then helped the return process. Great shoe, amazing company

Dress shoes for Pilots

This was my first time trying out amberjack. Out of all the dress shoes I’ve worn in the past, these have been the most comfortable. As a pilot wearing them for long durations, I forget I'm wearing dress shoes. They also keep my feet cool. If you need dress shoes for any occasion, but especially if you wear them for long periods of time. Amberjack is worth the purchase at the rate they charge. The quality materials seem like they’ll last a very long time. The smell of the leather when they came in was amazing. I’m going to get the care kit, and another pair for different occasions soon.

Good looking, poor fit

I generally wear a 9.5 at the largest, sometimes a 9. I’m a teacher, so I was attracted to finding a handsome shoe that I could stand in for 8 hours at a time in. Unfortunately, the 9.5 shoes I originally ordered were far too small, cramping at both the heal and outer and inner toe. However, Amberjack was great about instructions for exchanging them. I was literally able to send them back and have the size 10’s coming my way within a day. Upon getting the new pair, however, the heel still rubbed to the point of being unbearable, along with the outer toe. It simply feels like the make of the heel doesn’t hit the foot correctly, at least not for me.

Great dress shoes without compromising the comfort

Bought three shoes so far, love all of them. Stylish and comfort. Highly recommended.

I’m 6ft 1 so I always choose Wide version if available. For Slip On as no Wide available so I recommend to go half size up.
